  PERSONNEL:  Program Director (provided by Pickaway County)
       
  DUTIES:
    Oversee training of Volunteer Coordinator
    Complete VOCA required time and attendance sheets and programmatic documentation, reports, and statistics
    Administrative time to maintain accurate juvenile case records
    Seek grants and other funding sources to support the CASA Program
    Maintain financial records for VOCA funding
    Insure promotion of the CASA Program
    Other related duties assigned by the Juvenile Court Judge
       
  QUALIFICATIONS:
    Must possess organizational and supervisory skills
    Have a good knowledge of management and office related skills
    Possess excellent communication skills
    Prepare and maintain accurate documentation
    Handle confidential issue
    Have ability to promote the CASA Program through public speaking
    Maintain communication and rapport with community agencies
